Who we call

Owners and managers at retail, restaurant, auto, medical, and trade businesses.

Where the list comes from

State business licensing lists, professional and trade directories, Google Maps business data, and local business registries. We verify the operating location, owner or manager, and phone number.

The meeting we book

statement review

The owner or manager confirms responsibility for card processing and agrees to review a current statement with the client.

What we say

  1. 00:00:02Hi {first_name}, I am calling for {client_company}.
  2. 00:00:14We review card-processing statements for businesses in {service_area}.
  3. 00:00:26I am checking whether you handle the processing account for {company}.
  4. 00:00:38Would you be willing to compare one current statement and the fees on it?

The objection we hear most, and what we say

“We are under contract with our processor.”

Understood. A statement review can still show the current effective rate and contract terms. Would you like those numbers documented before the next renewal?

Planning math for one block

75 dials/day × 20 days = 1,500 dials → 160 connects → 80 conversations → 20 meetings

The page assumes a 10.7% connect rate, or 160 connects from 1,500 dials (Gong, accessed 2026; Cognism, 2026). It assumes half of those connects become conversations, or 80 conversations (Cognism, 2026), and a 25% meeting set rate from conversations, or 20 meetings (Belkins, 2025; The Bridge Group, 2025). These are planning assumptions, not campaign results.

Deal math

20 meetings × 20% close rate = 4 deals × $12,000 annual contract value = $48,000

This example uses a 20% planning close-rate assumption and a typical annual contract value of twelve thousand dollars. Replace both inputs with the values from your own sales records.
