Lead Reactivation Calls
What it is
Every CRM has a graveyard: leads that went dark, quotes that were never answered, demos that ghosted. Those contacts already know your name — which makes them the warmest cold calls your company will ever make.
Thaw works your dormant list by phone. Because the prospect has context, reactivation conversations convert to meetings at a higher rate than pure cold calls, and reactivation blocks usually deliver faster than a cold block against a fresh list.
How it runs on Thaw
- List: you export the dormant segment — dead leads, old quotes, lapsed demos — and we verify current direct dials before calling.
- Script: the opener references the history honestly ("you talked to us last spring about…") instead of pretending the lead is new.
- Dials: your caller works the list with higher connect expectations than cold, and re-books meetings directly into your calendar.
- Reporting: the Friday report splits resurrected, still-cold, and dead contacts, with recordings and CRM notes behind each.
How it's priced
$1,500 to onboard. $6,000 per block of qualified meetings. Delivered, then the next block starts. Reactivation blocks usually deliver faster than cold blocks, because the list already knows your name.
Who it's for
- Companies with a CRM full of leads that were never properly worked by phone.
- Teams that changed pricing, product, or positioning since those leads went cold.

What counts as a qualified meeting
A qualified meeting counts toward your block only when it is an ICP-fit account, the agreed title, a confirmed need or timing, a time accepted and re-confirmed before the meeting, and the meeting held. No-shows don't count. We re-book them.
Compliance
We call business lines during business hours in the prospect's time zone, identify ourselves and the client on every call, maintain an internal do-not-call list honoured immediately, scrub US lists against the National Do Not Call Registry, and follow call-recording consent rules for the state or province we're calling into.

Lead Reactivation Calls FAQ
How old can the leads be?
We have reactivated lists two or more years old. What matters is that the original inquiry was real — we verify the rest.
Why do reactivation blocks deliver faster?
The prospect already knows the company, so connect-to-meeting rates run higher than a cold list. The block size and price are the same; the pace is usually better.
