Lead Qualification Calls
What it is
Lead qualification calls apply one written definition to an existing lead list. The caller confirms the contact, required role, stated need, timing, and any other client-approved fields.
Each disposition, call note, and recording is added to the client CRM. Contacts that do not match are recorded as disqualified rather than passed to sales.
How it runs on Thaw
- List: the client supplies the inbound, aged, or mixed lead list; Thaw verifies phone data before calling.
- Criteria: the client approves the qualification fields and call framework.
- Calling: the caller makes repeat attempts at different times until a lead is reached or the agreed attempt limit is met.
- Reporting: the CRM and Friday report separate qualified, disqualified, and unreachable contacts.
How it's priced
Priced per block: $6,000 USD for a block of 60 qualified conversations, where a qualified conversation means the decision maker was reached, need and timing were confirmed, and notes are in your CRM. Onboarding is a one-time $1,500.
Who it's for

- Companies receiving more inbound leads than their sales team can call.

What counts as a qualified meeting
A qualified meeting counts toward your block only when it is an ICP-fit account, the agreed title, a confirmed need or timing, a time accepted and re-confirmed before the meeting, and the meeting held. No-shows don't count. We re-book them.
Compliance
We call business lines during business hours in the prospect's time zone, identify ourselves and the client on every call, maintain an internal do-not-call list honoured immediately, scrub US lists against the National Do Not Call Registry, and follow call-recording consent rules for the state or province we're calling into.
