What we collect
When you contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, work email, company, and what you sell. When we run calling programs for clients, we process business contact data — names, job titles, business phone numbers — on the client's behalf.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to you and to deliver the service: building lists, making calls, booking meetings, and reporting. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use client lists for anyone else's campaigns.
Calling compliance
We call business lines during business hours in the prospect's time zone, identify ourselves and the client on every call, maintain an internal do-not-call list honoured immediately, scrub US lists against the National Do Not Call Registry, and follow call-recording consent rules for the state or province we're calling into.
Recordings
Calls are recorded for quality and reporting. Recordings belong to the client, are shared only with the client, and are exported or deleted on request.
Your choices
To access, correct, export, or delete your data — or to add a number to our do-not-call list — email hello@thawcalls.com. Do-not-call requests are honoured immediately.
