B2B Appointment Setting

What it is

Appointment setting is the narrowest useful definition of outbound: find the right person, earn thirty seconds, qualify them honestly, and put a confirmed time on a calendar. Everything else — the list, the script, the dialer — exists to serve that one outcome.

Thaw sets appointments that hold. A meeting only counts toward your block when the prospect fits your ICP, holds the agreed title, has confirmed need or timing, accepted a time, was re-confirmed before the meeting, and actually showed up. No-shows are re-booked, not billed.

How it runs on Thaw

  • List: we build and verify the list around your ICP, with direct dials for the titles you actually sell to.
  • Script: the ask is the meeting itself — we write a tight opener and qualification path, and you approve it before calling starts.
  • Dials: your dedicated caller works the list daily, re-confirming every appointment before it happens so held rates stay high.
  • Reporting: meetings booked, held, and re-booked appear in your weekly report and in your CRM, with recordings attached.

How it's priced

$1,500 to onboard. $6,000 per block of qualified meetings. Delivered, then the next block starts. Meeting counts per block are published per industry on the pricing page.

Who it's for

  • Sales teams with closers who need at-bats, not more leads to chase.
  • Companies whose sales cycle starts with a real conversation, not a form fill.
  • Founders doing founder-led sales who want their calendar filled without dialing themselves.

What counts as a qualified meeting

A qualified meeting counts toward your block only when it is an ICP-fit account, the agreed title, a confirmed need or timing, a time accepted and re-confirmed before the meeting, and the meeting held. No-shows don't count. We re-book them.

Compliance

We call business lines during business hours in the prospect's time zone, identify ourselves and the client on every call, maintain an internal do-not-call list honoured immediately, scrub US lists against the National Do Not Call Registry, and follow call-recording consent rules for the state or province we're calling into.

Invoiced in USD, paid in advance, exclusive of applicable taxes and bank or FX charges. No rev-share, no equity, no hourly billing.

B2B Appointment Setting FAQ

How do you keep no-shows low?

Every appointment is re-confirmed before it happens. When someone does miss, the no-show does not count against your block — we re-book it.

Do meetings go straight into our calendar?

Yes. We hook into your calendar at onboarding and book directly into it, with call notes attached to the invite.

What does a block cost?

$1,500 to onboard. $6,000 per block of qualified meetings. Delivered, then the next block starts.
