B2B Cold Calling Services
What it is
B2B cold calling is the fastest way to put your offer in front of decision makers who are not looking for you yet. Done well, it is a disciplined system: a clean list, a script that respects the listener, a caller who can think, and reporting that tells you what the market said back.
Thaw runs that whole system for you. You bring the offer and the calendar; we bring the caller, the list, the dialer, the numbers, and the weekly report. What lands in your calendar is a qualified, held meeting — not a lead, not a "warm intro," a meeting.
How it runs on Thaw
- List: we build a verified list of decision makers matched to your ICP, enriched with direct dials and refreshed for every block.
- Script: we write the opener, the qualifying questions, and the objection responses around your offer — you approve every word before a dial happens.
- Dials: your dedicated caller makes ~150 dials per working day from our dialer, every call recorded and reviewable.
- Reporting: every Friday you get dials, connects, conversations, objections, and meetings — plus recordings synced to your CRM.
How it's priced
$1,500 to onboard. $6,000 per block of qualified meetings. Delivered, then the next block starts. The number of qualified meetings in a block is published per industry on the pricing page.
Who it's for
- B2B companies with a proven offer and deal sizes that justify a $6,000 block of meetings.
- Founders and sales leaders who want pipeline without hiring, training, and managing an SDR.
- Teams that have tried email-only outbound and hit its ceiling.

What counts as a qualified meeting
A qualified meeting counts toward your block only when it is an ICP-fit account, the agreed title, a confirmed need or timing, a time accepted and re-confirmed before the meeting, and the meeting held. No-shows don't count. We re-book them.
Compliance
We call business lines during business hours in the prospect's time zone, identify ourselves and the client on every call, maintain an internal do-not-call list honoured immediately, scrub US lists against the National Do Not Call Registry, and follow call-recording consent rules for the state or province we're calling into.
