Inbound Lead Response: Speed-to-Lead Calls
What it is
An inbound lead is a countdown. The data on response times is brutal: the vendor who calls within minutes books the meeting; the vendor who calls tomorrow gets voicemail. Most companies cannot staff that response window — and do not need to.
Thaw calls your inbound leads within 5 minutes during business hours. The caller qualifies against your criteria, answers the first questions, and books the meeting straight into your calendar — so every form fill gets a phone call while the prospect is still at the keyboard.
How it runs on Thaw
- List: inbound leads flow to us from your forms and CRM the moment they land — no manual exports.
- Script: a short inbound path built on what they just requested, so the call continues their train of thought instead of restarting it.
- Dials: leads are called within 5 minutes during business hours, with a persistent retry cadence for the ones that miss.
- Reporting: response time, contact rate, and meetings booked per lead source — so you can finally see which channels produce conversations.

What counts as a qualified meeting
A qualified meeting counts toward your block only when it is an ICP-fit account, the agreed title, a confirmed need or timing, a time accepted and re-confirmed before the meeting, and the meeting held. No-shows don't count. We re-book them.
Compliance
We call business lines during business hours in the prospect's time zone, identify ourselves and the client on every call, maintain an internal do-not-call list honoured immediately, scrub US lists against the National Do Not Call Registry, and follow call-recording consent rules for the state or province we're calling into.
