B2B List Building

What it is

List building converts written account and role criteria into a calling file. Each row includes the company, contact, role, phone data, source fields, and verification status required for the campaign.

A new list is built for each calling block. Source types are named on the industry pages, and the client owns its campaign list.

How it runs on Thaw

  • Criteria: the client approves company size, geography, industry, role, exclusions, and any timing signal.
  • Sources: Thaw uses the public, licensed, and commercial source types stated on the relevant industry page.
  • Verification: company, role, and phone data are checked before calling; failed numbers are marked during the block.
  • Delivery: the list and verification fields can be exported to the client.

How it's priced

$1,500 to set up. $6,000 per block of qualified meetings. When a block is delivered, the next one starts. List building is included in every calling block. Standalone lists are quoted per project, based on size and verification requirements.

Compliance

We call business lines during business hours in the prospect's time zone, identify ourselves and the client on every call, maintain an internal do-not-call list honoured immediately, scrub US lists against the National Do Not Call Registry, and follow call-recording consent rules for the state or province we're calling into.
